Compu Wholesale RA Policy & Procedures
 

All returns, warranty or dead-on-arrival (DOA) claims for all products are to be directed in the first instance to your Account Manager at Compu Wholesale.

No claims or returned goods will be accepted without a completed RA Form and a valid RA Number. Goods returned without the correct documentation will be returned at the reseller’s expense. Our RA Form is available for download below.

For all items considered DOA it is imperative you contact your account Manager immediately and fill out an RA form. Manufacturers each have their own returns policies, which must be strictly adhered to. Failure to do this will very likely jeopardize our ability to process your DOA claim. Once an RA Number has been issued the end-user receipt, showing the date of sale, and all components need to be returned in original packing.  Any missing components will be charged at the retail cost.
